Statistics still show that women are kept from pursuing their careers and even more so if they are mothers balancing children with full time work. Moreover, women who take upon their self’s this responsibility of also raising the next generation, which is the most important thing in the world, are then discriminated against upon their return to the marketplace.

Women traditionally make their journey to empowerment, if they make it at all, in tortured silence. Instead, women suffer alone and more and more, without the safety and support that a community provides, women give up on themselves. Without that mirror to reflect their inherent value, they wither, invisible even to themselves.

Dimecev Foundation’s highly skilled personnel Mrs. Rashda Ali humanitarian and welfare officer, Mrs. Musrat Qudeemi human development officer and Mrs. Olga Hopper yoga, mind, body, and well-being instructor will manage our workshops aimed at creating healthier and higher qualities of life for underprivileged and at-risk women and youths.

Our aim is to start “Formulating, executing and regulating provisions and policies aligned to practices of good governance to ensure the rights of children and women by empowering socio-economic conditions, instilling values and ensuring participation through strategic integration with all stakeholders leading to a dignified nation”. We will be implementing social action models, through our workshops aiming for disadvantaged people to become empowered, organised, and educated so that they too may create change. These models advocate for constructive confrontations to enhance the social power of people who are considered disadvantaged.
